of monthly or annual organisation performance. It has
been developed in our own time drawing from experience
with several of the world's largest multinational corporations,
and with small to medium size organisations since 1989.
We aim to improve the reporting clarity and forecasting
accuracy of internal management reports for organisations.

ITEMS

data: number of hours worked; number of production rejects.

estimates: income tax; VAT/GST; fringe benefits tax;

Forecasting
accuracy is usually improved by greater detail in input.
EXAMPLE COSTING:
A fee for a small simple organisation with about 50 items
to input might be AUD$200 per month for a monthly report,
or AUD$900 for an annual report.
