GLW Analysis Services (GLW) summarises hereunder what information is collected from visitors to this site, the communication options open to visitors, and data security practices over information volunteered.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM VISITORS TO THE SITE:

GLW collects no information directly on visitors to this site, where those visitors do not volunteer information by email, or telephone or facsimile, to GLW. The GLW site does not place cookies on visitor web sites.

Web statistics software companies, on contract to GLW, do collect information on visitors to this site. This information is to provide statistics on site visitors, such as which countries enquiries emanate from, the number of pages of the site viewed, the time spent on site, etc.

VISITOR COMMUNICATION OPTIONS:

A visitor may view the site information, and then leave the site, without any record being retained by GLW as to the identity of the visitor.

If a visitor wishes to participate in the web site poll, an email may be sent to GLW, using the facility on the web site, recording the visitor responses to questions. The information relates to reports used by a business or government entity, and the visitor's preferences on such reports. GLW stores these responses by a poll response code number, within the GLW computer systems. The identity of the entity, which is the subject of the management reports, need not be disclosed. GLW acknowledges receipt of the poll response, and may supply a summary of poll responses to date, if the visitor is interested. GLW makes and/or keeps no further record of the personal identity, email address or web site address of any such visitor, and does not pass the identity or address of visitors to others.

If a visitor wishes to obtain an example of a report produced by GLW, the visitor may request this by email, or telephone or facsimile. In this case GLW records the address of the person making the request, and such other information as has been volunteered. This information is retained for the benefit of GLW to indicate interest within the market for the systems being made available. The identity of the business or government entity, which is the subject of the management reports, need not be disclosed. GLW may supply example reports free of charge in response to such request, or may refuse to so supply without providing any reasons. GLW makes and/or keeps no further record of the personal identity, email address or web site address of any such site visitor, and does not pass this information to others. GLW will not follow up with any further questions or sales information, unless requested by the visitor.

If a visitor wishes to obtain a quotation for the supply of internal management reports, the visitor may request this by email, or telephone or facsimile. The identity of the business, which is the subject of the management reports, need not be disclosed. In order to make a quotation it will also be required to disclose other information such as the size of the entity, and numbers of transactions per reporting period. Two email forms may be sent to the visitor, both on Excel 2000:
1. A form summarising the Quotation.
2. A form summarising the assumptions on which a Quotation is based.
GLW may supply a Quotation in response to request, or may refuse to so supply a Quotation without providing any reasons. GLW will ask for acknowledgement of receipt of any Quotation made, and for comment on whether the Quotation is acceptable. An acceptance or decline is requested within one month, and is valid for the month stated. Quotation information is retained by GLW.

DATA SECURITY:

GLW maintains computer systems protected by up to date virus protection software and a firewall. No computer system is ever completely secure, but every effort is made to ensure that confidentiality and integrity is maintained. All information volunteered in relation to any particular business or government entities will be kept private and confidential by GLW, and will not be released to any other persons or organizations, other than as required specifically in response to the laws of Australia for taxation or legal action purposes. Data will generally be kept on GLW systems as long as it is reasonably needed.
