Major Assumptions in Forecasts:

(1) Childcare numbers increase to 55, and again to 65 in July for remainder of year.

(2) Fee for a child increases from $780 pm January to $855 pm in February, and to $862 pm in July.

ABC controller has based forecasts on historical data.
